July 17, 2018. The National Historical Museum of the Republic of Belarus opens the personal exhibition of watercolors by Lubov Minkovich "Dreams of my Motherland".

The name of Lyubov Minkovicht, talented artist, who lives and works in Israel now, is known in various countries. Her artworks are included in various collections of such countries as USA, Italy, Poland, Estonia, Russia, Germany, Lithuania, Australia. As a member of the Belarusian Union of Artists, she held many personal art projects and took part in republican and all–Union art exhibitions. She is also very active at her second home, as a member of the Association of Professional Artists of Israel.

As before, the main theme of the works by Lyuba Minkovich is the unforgettable landscapes of Belarus. The artist shows warm feelings to the Motherland via watercolor. Monuments of Belarusian architecture have always inspired the artist and today remain the indispensable "characters" of her works. Far from the motherland, she dreams about her past. Then she turns these dreams into real watercolor images.

Lyubov Minkovich presents her "Dreams of my Motherland" exhibition as a gift to the National Historical Museum of the Republic of Belarus.

Lyubov Minkovich was born in Minsk in 1946. She studied painting under many professors: Sergey Katkov, Vitaly Tsvirko and Leonid Dudarenko. She graduated from the Belarusian Theater and Art University (now the Belarusian State Academy of Arts). In 2002, she left for permanent residence in Israel. She is a member of the Belarusian Union of Artists and the Association of Professional Artists of Israel.

The exhibition works until August 5.
